Want to paint 60's bedroom furniture, it's a faded antique-y peasoup green. I want to do it the easiest way.
This is the typical furniture of the 60's, I guess it's a sort of enamel finish, but it's grainy too. This was GOOD furniture back then. It's still nice, just faded and darkened and dull and the wrong color for now. I would like to paint it. I can't move it outside, it will have to be done in the small room where it is. I can open windows and use a fan. I could take the drawers outside to paint.
There's a chest of 5 drawers, a big headboard with sliding doors and shelves that entends out over the night stands which have an open part and a drawer. There's also a low foot board.
What paint should I use? Can I just Kilz it first? I really don't want to sand, I have arthritis and fibro and my hands hurt badly.

I think I should have mentioned that this antique-y peasoup green is the original finish. So I don't really want to remove it, I just want to paint over it. Thanks.
IS YOUR FURNITURE A FLAT SURFACE? IF SO A ROLLER MIGHT BE EASIER TO HANG ONTO IF YOU HAVE HAND PAIN. I PAINTED MY HEADBOARD AND OTHER THINGS WITH FLAT LATEX PAINT AND ROLLED IT ON. IT WAS A LOT FASTER AND EASIER AND THE FINISH WAS NICER THAN HAVING BRUSH MARKS ON IT. THERE WAS A LITTLE CREVICE WORK, ETC., THAT NEEDED A BRUSH. THE FURNITURE HAD A SMOOTH SEMI GLOSS FINISH BUT I DIDN'T TAKE THE TIME TO KILZ OR SAND AND IT STAYED ON FINE.
