this is all about your SYSTEM SOFTWARE or CFW(Custom Firmware)
so you are using a m33 cfw.. unfortunately, the version of your cfw(custom firmware) is 3.90 m33-3 which is the older version.
Dynasty Warriors Strike Force only works on 5.00m33-6 cfw which is the latest m33 cfw
you need to upgrade your firmware to the latest version...
